Established in Dubai in 1962, by the late Hasan Abdallah Yabroudi, DCC has grown from a trusted contracting company to a unique, full-service design firm whose curation and expertise deliver unparalleled design ingenuity. Located in Jumeirah Lake Towers, the 5 star hotel and hotel apartments building comprises of 5B+G+38 storey
The twisting shape tower was originally proposed as a 75 storey building named Al Durrah Tower but it was scaled back to 51 stories due to concerns by Dubai Civil Aviation. Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, it is a B+G+51 commercial and residential high-rise having a 10 storey carpark building
