City Tower 1

About the project

Rising prominently at a height of 363 meters, City Tower One stands as a new and iconic landmark residential tower redefining contemporary urban living through its striking architectural presence, elegant design language, and carefully integrated mixed-use functionality. City Tower consists of 695 Residential Apartments that includes 64 Studios, 92 One-Bedroom Apartments, 183 Two-Bedrooms Apartments, 292 Three-Bedrooms Apartments and 44 Four-Bedrooms Apartments in Addition to 20 Duplex Apartments. The project is situated on the renowned Sheikh Zayed Road and has breathtaking unobstructed views to Downtown, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Creek, Burj AlArab and SeaView.

The building's Architectural Design is developed by renowned Architects Pelli Clarke & Partners (PCPA), while the Main Lobby and Amenity Deck Interior Designs were commissioned to New York Based Tihany Design. One of the project’s defining architectural features is the stunning 55-meter bridge linking the tower to a purpose-built nine-storey parking structure. More than a functional element, the bridge serves as a bold visual statement that enhances the tower’s identity on the Dubai skyline while ensuring effortless accessibility and circulation throughout the development.
